Imu’s Domi Reversi is the strongest power in One Piece

Imu’s Domi Reversi (believed to come from a Devil Fruit) first appeared during the Elbaf Arc, used to enslave Dorry and Brogy. In flashbacks to God Valley, Imu also used this power against members of the Davy family, culminating in the defeat of Rocks D. Xebec, one of the strongest pirates ever.
Domi Reversi is now considered the strongest one-shot skill in One Piece. Its power is so overwhelming that even Rocks D. Xebec, who surpasses the Yonko, could not resist. Luffy and Blackbeard’s Devil Fruits could counter Domi Reversi
Although Domi Reversi is incredibly strong, it is not invincible. Rocks D. Xebec once mentioned that it takes two Devil Fruits to overthrow the World Government, likely referring to Luffy’s Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika and Blackbeard’s Yami Yami no Mi. These two Devil Fruits might be the key to countering Imu’s Domi Reversi.
Luffy’s Devil Fruit shows an astonishing similarity to Imu’s power with its nearly limitless creativity. With magic-like strength, Luffy can essentially “imagine anything.” This allows him to use a “good” version of Domi Reversi to free those enslaved.
