Deku debuts at number 4, just behind Lemillion, Shoto, and Mt. Lady, while Bakugo ranks 5th. This shows Deku once again edging out his longtime rival, thanks to the special energy armor created by Class 1-A that allows him to fight crime again.
Bakugo has significantly improved his ranking from chapter 431, where he was 15th, but Deku’s impressive comeback reflects his efforts and sacrifices in the final battle against Shigaraki, saving all of Japan.
Deku and Bakugo’s Remarkable Growth
Interestingly, the extra chapter focuses not on Deku or Bakugo but on Eri, who has grown up. Deku and Bakugo appear only in a news report announcing their new rankings. Both are shown coordinating with Shoto, highlighting their teamwork and effectiveness compared to the early days of the series.
Deku’s debut at number 4 suggests he is aiming for the top spot, currently held by Lemillion. At this pace, it won’t take long for him to make his mark and climb higher.
