After much anticipation, Amazon’s live-action adaptation of the hit game God of War has officially unveiled its impressive cast. Notably, the role of Kratos goes to a familiar yet surprising face for fans of the franchise.
Under the guidance of showrunner Ronald D. Moore (known for Outlander) and director Frederick E.O. Toye (Shōgun, The Boys), the God of War series will closely follow the storyline of the 2018 Norse mythology game. 4. Teresa Palmer as Sif
The star of A Discovery of Witches will play Thor’s intelligent and determined wife. In the series, Sif is not just a beautiful woman but a strong, smart figure trying to steer her family through crisis as her husband sinks deeper into drinking and arrogance.
5. Max Parker as Heimdall
Max Parker will take on the role of Heimdall, the all-seeing god. With his handsome yet arrogant look, Parker’s Heimdall is sure to be the most disliked character, constantly causing trouble for Kratos and Atreus with his pride and blind loyalty to Odin.
6. Alastair Duncan as Mimir
