The classic battle between Shanks and Loki will be revealed
From the start of the Elbaf arc, Loki quickly became one of the most important characters. Oda has portrayed Loki as nearly unbeatable, known as the strongest in Elbaf. What’s even more fascinating is that Oda directly linked Loki to Shanks, revealing that in his nearly undefeated life, Loki suffered only one loss, and that defeat came at the hands of the Red-Haired Yonko, Shanks.
According to what’s been revealed, Shanks faced Loki about six years ago and emerged victorious. This is the only time Loki has ever been defeated, despite his power being enough to destroy the world. Although this battle has never been shown directly, with Loki’s flashback now underway, fans will soon witness the full clash between these two legends. This will be Shanks’ second official battle shown in One Piece, following his recent overwhelming victory over Kid.
Rocks D. Xebec may appear in flashbacks
Beyond the Shanks and Loki fight, another classic battle might be revealed in Elbaf’s flashbacks: the battle between Rocks and the World Government. According to Loki in chapter 1152, Rocks was defeated by the World Government. As a fan of Rocks, Loki will give fans the chance to see this incredibly powerful character in battle, something long awaited.
Luffy vs Imu: The greatest battle in Elbaf
If these flashbacks aren’t enough, the main event in Elbaf will be the historic showdown between Luffy (in his current Nika form) and Imu, who has taken control of the land of the Giants. This is seen as the opening of the Final War, and fans believe it will be the greatest battle in the entire One Piece series.
