Notably, Rocks’ fighting style did not die with him. Roger, who later became the Pirate King, learned and mastered it. Like Rocks, Roger’s attacks became fearsome, delivering blows like hammers rather than just slashes. The Kamusari (Divine Departure) technique perfectly showcases this power.
Shanks Is the Only Living Pirate Who Can Use Rocks’ Haki Technique
In the present era, only one pirate remains who can replicate the special Haki technique that Rocks and later Roger mastered. That pirate is Red-Haired Shanks. According to Oda, Shanks is a natural genius who learned this power simply by observing Roger.

The truth is Shanks had mastered Kamusari and the supreme use of Conqueror’s Haki long before he turned 15. Since then, his power has only grown.
