So when Sasuke obtains the Thorn Soul Bulb from Hidari, he will gain the Ten-Tails’ power and become even stronger.

The biggest impact of the Thorn Soul Bulb on Sasuke could be the restoration of his Rinnegan. As fans know, all Shinju possess the Rinnegan, and Sasuke already has the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. If he absorbs the Ten-Tails’ essence, his remaining eye could manifest the Rinnegan again, making him an incredibly powerful ninja once more.
