Following the huge success of season one, the Straw Hat crew’s live-action journey is expanding bigger and more thrilling than ever. Officially titled “One Piece: Into the Grand Line,” fans are eagerly counting down the days to see Luffy and his crew face off against some of Eiichiro Oda’s most bizarre enemies.
Release Date and Story Arcs Adapted
Netflix has confirmed that One Piece season 2 will premiere worldwide on March 10, 2026. This season will include 8 episodes, adapting key story arcs such as Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island.
This means viewers will witness the Straw Hats’ first steps into the perilous Grand Line. It also marks the debut of the first major villain group, Baroque Works, setting up intense challenges Luffy must overcome to advance deeper into the Grand Line.
Star-Studded Baroque Works Cast Steals the Trailer
The biggest highlight of the newly released trailer is the appearance of Lera Abova as the mysterious Miss All Sunday, aka Nico Robin. With her cool yet captivating presence, she’s set to become a social media sensation. Alongside her, the core members of Baroque Works are also revealed.
Charithra Chandran plays Miss Wednesday, David Dastmalchian takes on Mr. 3, Camrus Johnson and Jazzara Jaslyn portray Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine respectively. Daniel Lasker appears as Mr. 9, and Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek.
Their prominent roles in the trailer suggest that season 2 will perfectly set the stage for the epic Alabasta battle.
Season 3 Already in Production with Star-Studded Cast
Netflix didn’t make fans wait long, confirming that One Piece season 3 is already in production. Creator Eiichiro Oda has confirmed this season will conclude the entire Alabasta saga.

Joe Manganiello will take on the role of the powerful Mr. 0 (Sir Crocodile) with an expanded presence. Xolo Maridueña, star of Blue Beetle, will play the beloved Portgas D. Ace. Cole Escola is cast as Bon Clay, a fan-favorite character.
Notably, Mikaela Hoover will portray Tony Tony Chopper, combining live-action with CGI effects.
Sendhil Ramamurthy joins as King Nefertari Cobra, promising to add political depth to the desert kingdom’s conflict.
