Unlike the unrelated sweet treat Lawson offered before, this new collaboration between Jujutsu Kaisen and Kamukura (starting February 25) serves up a dish that shocks diners with its authenticity. For just 1,000 yen (about 165,000 VND), you get a finger-shaped item with a dark appearance and a disturbingly realistic texture.
The secret behind this eerie dish is char siu pork marinated carefully in soy sauce to achieve the cursed finger’s blackened look. Most impressively, the chefs have skillfully added real cartilage inside to mimic bone and fingernails.
